asset tracking, end-user IT support
1. Call Management & Incident/Problem Management
a. Receives requests and issue reporting via phone call to Helpdesk
hotline and mailbox
b. Logging, updating and follow-up of requests and incidents
(including Security Incidents) escalated to various Support teams
and Technology Management team.
2. Remote Desktop Support IT Computing Services
a. Performs 1st level basic troubleshooting via phone or email.
b. Performs software and in-house application via remote
c. Escalation of issues and request to Helpdesk 2nd Level Onsite
3. Email and Wireless Account Management
a. Daily account provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts
provided to Agency and AIA FA based on the submitted requests
in the system.
b. Send account information provisioned to new users.
c. Send the daily accounts provisioned and de-provisioned to
Telephony Engineer for extension creation/deletion.
d. Performs password reset for email and send password via SMS
4. End Device Compliance Monitoring
a. Tracking of non-compliant machines for patch-related or software
b. Sends email communication to users
c. Escalate issues to Helpdesk 2nd Level Onsite Support for
5. Ad-Hoc Onsite Support
a. Scheduled onsite training and setup of computers, deployment and
removal of hard disk during disposal.
b. Involve in BCP exercise
Good knowledge in usage of Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office and
O365 features will be an added advantage.
Attention to details with trouble-shooting experience and customer service
are essential qualities.
