RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in social science (psychology, anthropology, sociology, economics, international relations), design, communications, business, or a related field of study would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of development for candidates with bachelor’s degree and 5 years for candidates with Diploma Degree

Demonstrated experience in conducting field or remote qualitative research

Demonstrated experience in crafting research tools and outputs for qualitative research based on human-centered design

Demonstrated experience in producing outputs based on visual storytelling

Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Other Requirements:
Academic or professional exposure in these areas would be desirable: human-centered design, communications strategy, data analytics, development/humanitarian sectors, social research, project management.

Experience working in a self-directed cultureHighly mobile – willing to travel to various areas in Indonesia (and beyond)

Good interpersonal skills

Proven experience of working effectively in a team with diverse cultural and academic backgrounds.
